1.5- Snow baby 

Welcome welcome back my fellow simmers
How are we feeling today Laura?


Laura:The baby is pushing on every organ I own but ya know fine and dandy
Good to hear!
 

Oliver:Whose a good boy?
L:One our baby is not a dog and two, sheeee is a good girl!
O:Mhmmm ok 



Can you tell I suck at designing houses? It's okay I know very well how much I such at it. 
L:unfortunately we have to live in it
Cari: oh shhh
But any who gonna be real I don't remember what I added but maybe this photo was the first snow I experienced in game lol 


Gah building snowman were such fun! 



L:And then I got to take out some rage on my husband in a loving way
C:YAY!


Well after all the fun and games it was time to meet their new little one!


World meet Aylin Locks
Laura meet no sleep and rest


Despite being exhausted from taking care of a newborn, Laura and Oliver still found some time to decorate their first tree. 


Awww what a good dad!


Yo this holiday is so great for rags to riches. They each gave each other gifts and then Santa guy gave them another and I sold the two weird ones.


L:What you mean is you sold the gifts we got each other!


C:ok well I didn't like them 


BUT Nickolas got them a microwave and a coffee maker! WOOHOO


And now we have a dining table! (Thats the karaoke machine I decided to sell in the back). 


I forgot to take a photo but Laura continued to go to work and even with her newborn exhaustion got promoted to Lead Detective.


And with that we have maxed out our very first skill!!! 
And with that I think I'll leave it  :) see ya next time when Aylin becomes a toddler!

1.8- Love, Hate, and Birthdays  We were able to avoid two toddlers at once because finally, Aylin maxed out all her skills. Pretty proud moment here as this is the first in my history of playing sims. It just was never a goal of mine. But boy was it harder than I thought!  Since you can age them up once they reach their goal, I am uncertain if not finishing their goal( like maxing out a skill) before they age is seen as a failure. I personally don't want that pressure so I turned off aging and she technically aged up a day late and I made Oliver take a vacation day to help her.  Thankfully the days flew by and before we knew it Dawn was a cute little toddler.  But unfortunately, her randomized trait is fussy.  Laura: Ohh boy I am in love with Aylin's study area under her bed.
